"When a man dwells on the objects of sense he creates an attraction for them, attraction develops into desire and desire breeds anger" -- A quote from Bhagwad Gita

Some beautiful messages..

"A broken heart never needs someone who is willing to make it whole again....rather it needs someone who makes it realize that it never got broken at all"

"When day light turns to a darken hue, lovely stars are hinting at you, your heart beats tells you something true,..someone somewhere is missing you."

"When someone hurts you, dont feel bad..because its the law of the nature that the tree that bears the sweetest fruits gets maximum number of stones"

"Some moments would never pass.Some feelings can never be stolen.Some emotions can never be hidden, Somebody like you can never be forgotten".

"A girl asked a boy if she was pretty, he said, "No". She asked him if he wanted to be with her forever, he said, "No". Then she asked him if he would cry if she walked away, he said "No". She had heard enough, she needed to leave.
As she started walking away, he grabbed her arm and told herto stay. He said," you are not pretty, you are beautiful. I dont want to be with you forever, I need to be with you forever.And I woudnt cry if you walked away, I would die without you."

One Flaw In Women
Women have strengths that amaze men.....
They bear hardships and they carry burdens,
but they hold happiness, love and joy.
They smile when they want to scream.
They sing when they want to cry.
They cry when they are happy
and laugh when they are nervous.
They fight for what they believe in..
They stand up to injustice.
They don't take "no" for an answer
when they believe there is a better solution.
They go without food,so their family can have.
They go to the doctor with a frightened friend.
They love unconditionally.
They cry when their children excel
and cheer when their friends get awards.
They are happy when they hear about
a birth or a wedding.
Their hearts break when a friend dies.
They grieve at the loss of a family member,
yet they are strong when they
think there is no strength left.
They know that a hug and a kiss
can heal a broken heart.
Women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
They'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you
to show how much they care about you.
The heart of a woman is what
makes the world keep turning.
They bring joy, hope and love.
They have compassion and ideas.
They give moral support to their
family and friends.
Women have vital things to say
and everything to give.

HOWEVER, IF THERE IS ONE FLAW IN WOMEN,

IT IS THAT THEY FORGET THEIR WORTH.

Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. Do not believe anything because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything because it is written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and the benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.

Do you know?
a human body can bear only upto 45 Del (unit) of pain.
But at the time of giving birth, a woman feels upto 57 Del of Pain.
This is similar to 20 bones getting fractured at a time!!!!

One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese Management was the case of an empty soap box which happened in one of Japan’s biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a consumer had bought a soap box that was empty. Immediately the authorities isolated the problem to the assembly line, which transported all the packaged boxes of soap to the delivery department. For some reason, one box went through the assembly line empty, Management asked its engineers to solve the problem.

The engineers worked hard to devise an X-ray machine with high-resolution monitors manned by two people to watch all the soap boxes that passed through the line to make sure they were not empty. No doubt, they worked hard and they worked fast but they spent a lot to do so.

But when a rank-and-file employee in a small company was posed with the same problem, he did not get into complications of X-rays etc., but instead came out with another solution. He bought a strong industrial electric fan and pointed it at the assembly line. He switched the fan on, and as each soap box passed the fan, it simply blew the empty boxes out of the line.

Moral of this incident:

“Complex problems can be solved through simpler solutions. Stay calm to look for simpler solutions”

Intense love does not measure. It just gives.

(both men & women, sons & daughters - need to read this)

BEING A MOTHER....

After 17 years of marriage, my wife wanted me to

take another woman out to dinner and a movie. She

said, 'I love you, but I know this other woman loves

you and would love to spend some time with you.'

* * *

The other woman that my wife wanted me to visit

was my MOTHER, who has been alone for 20 years,

but the demands of my work and my two boys had

made it possible to visit her only occasionally.

* * *

That night I called to invite her to go out for

dinner and a movie.

* * *

'What's wrong, aren't you well,' she asked?

* * *

My mother is the type of woman who suspects that a

late night call or a surprise invitation is a sign

of bad news.

* * *

'I thought it would be pleasant to spend some

time with you,' I responded. 'Just the two of us.'

She thought about it for a moment, and then said,

'I would like that very much..'

* * *

That Friday after work, as I drove over to pick

her up I was a bit nervous. When I arrived at her

house, I noticed that she, too, seemed to be nervous

about our date. She waited in the door. She had curled her hair and was wearing the

dress that she had worn to celebrate her last

birthday on November 19th.

* * *

She smiled from a face that was as radiant as an

angel's. 'I told my friends that I was going to go

out with my son, and they were impressed,' she said,

as she got into that new white van. 'They can't wait to hear about our date'.

* * *

We went to a restaurant that, although not

elegant, was very nice and cozy.. My mother took my

arm as if she were the First Lady. After we sat

down, I had to read the menu. Her eyes could only

read large print. Half way through the entries, I

lifted my eyes and saw Mom sitting there staring at

me. A nostalgic smile was on her lips.. 'It was I

who used to have to read the menu when you were

small,' she said. 'Then it's time that you relax and

let me return the favor,' I responded.

* * *

During the dinner, we had an agreeable

conversation- -nothing extraordinary but catching up

on recent events of each other's life. We talked so

much that we missed the movie.

* * *

As we arrived at her house later, she said,

'I'll go out with you again, but only if you let me

invite you.' I agreed.

* * *

'How was your dinner date ?'

asked my wife when I got home.

'Very nice. Much more so than I could have imagined,'

I answered.

* * *

A few days later, my mother died of a massive

heart attack. It happened so suddenly that I didn't

have a chance to do anything for her.

* * *

Some time later, I received an envelope with a

copy of a restaurant receipt from the same place

mother and I had dined. An attached note said: 'I

paid this bill in advance. I wasn't sure that I

could be there; but nevertheless, I paid for two

plates - one for you and the other for your wife.

You will never know what that night meant for me.

I love you, son..'

* * *

At that moment, I understood the importance of

saying in time: 'I LOVE YOU' and to give our loved

ones the time that they deserve.. Nothing in life is

more important than your family. Give them the time

they deserve, because these things cannot be put off

till 'some other time.'

* * *

Somebody said it takes about six weeks to get back

to normal after you've had a baby..... somebody

doesn't know that once you're a mother,

'normal' is history.

* * *

Somebody said you learn how to be a mother by

instinct .... somebody never took a three-year-old shopping.

* * *

Somebody said being a mother is boring ....

somebody never rode in a car driven by a teenager with a driver's permit.

Somebody said if you're a'good' mother,

your child will 'turn out good'....

somebody thinks a child comes with

directions and a guarantee.

* * *

Somebody said you don't need an education to be a

mother.... somebody never helped a fourth grader

with his math.

* * *

Somebody said you can't love the second child as

much as you love the first .... somebody doesn't

have two children.

* * *

Somebody said the hardest part of being a mother

is labor and delivery....

somebody never watched her 'baby' get on the bus

for the first day of kindergarten ...

or on a plane headed for military 'boot camp.'

* * *

Somebody said a mother can stop worrying after her

child gets married....somebody doesn't know that

marriage adds a new son or daughter-in-law to a

mother's heartstrings.

* * *

Somebody said a mother's job is done when

her last child leaves home......

somebody never had grandchildren.

* * *

Somebody said your mother knows you love her, so

you don't need to tell her....

somebody isn't a mother.

Pass this along to all the 'mothers' in your life

and to everyone who ever had a mother. This isn't

just about being a mother; it's about appreciating

the people in your life while you have them....no

matter who that person is.

Everyone says that LOVE hurts, but it is not true.

Lonliness hurts.
Rejection hurts.
Losing someone hurts.
Missing someone hurts.
They confuse these things with LOVE..

In reality, Love is the only thing in this world that covers up all the pain and makes you feel wonderful again.

Get into the feeling of having what you want now, and keep feeling that. It will be the most wonderful feeling in the world. As you practice the feeling, it will get stronger and stronger. You will begin to feel that you already have what you want. When you do this, the law must respond.

Remember that the law has never failed in anything it has undertaken, and it will not fail in your case either.
